Blaire Knight-Graves makes content on the internet accessible and easier to use. Blaire's work is empathy-forward and Blaire strongly believes usability equals accessibility.

Currently, Blaire is an Inclusion and Accessibility User Experience Designer and supports web work for institutions who have responsibilities for accessibility conformance through Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, Department of Justice Accessibility Lawsuits and, or, a desire to have a more accessible website.

 

Blaire advises on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG) criteria, educates and advises on user empathy with a focus on accessibility and inclusion, utilizes Universal Design for Learning best practices, annotates high fidelity designs for developers and engineers, and researches best practices for accessible design on web.
